Wolfe adds and removes WolfeOne users for you. Email IThelpdesk@wolfeinc.com with the person's name, email, and the access they need (the same as an existing user is easiest). New users complete a short training before they get live access. Remove a user the day they leave; every order and result is tied to the person who performed it.
Most clients start with one service and add others on the same account and invoice. Drug testing clients most often add random program management, post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing, and instant testing. Background clients most often add drug testing and MVR or criminal monitoring. Wolfe provides:
Wolfe does not do fingerprinting and does not provide drug-free workplace policy templates; those come from your legal team. To add a service, email sales@wolfeinc.com or call your account manager at 800-230-2991. Adding a service does not change your login; the new package appears in WolfeOne. Full list: wolfeinc.com/services.
Almost everyone uses WolfeOne for both background checks and drug tests. RealityLINK is used by a small number of long-standing background-only accounts. If you are not sure, email IThelpdesk@wolfeinc.com and we will tell you.
Yes, from the order in WolfeOne. A cancelled order is not billed. You can also reorder from the same screen.
Yes, and it is the most common request we get. Both run on the same WolfeOne account, so a single order can include the drug test and the background package together. Email sales@wolfeinc.com to add a service and we will set up the package and schedule the short ordering training for your users.
Yes. WolfeOne integrates with just about any ATS or HRIS; orders start in your system at the background check stage and results flow back. Timing depends on the queue and on how quickly your IT team and the ATS vendor turn around credentials. Email sales@wolfeinc.com or your account manager to start.
Pending means we are waiting on something: the candidate's consent, a county court, or a past employer. Open the order in WolfeOne to see which. Most searches complete in 24 to 48 hours. County and statewide criminal searches can run longer when a court is delayed, and employment and education verifications take 48 to 72 hours or more depending on how many attempts your account requires.
If nothing has moved in two business days, email bghelpdesk@wolfeinc.com with the order number.
Typical times, not guarantees. Identity and SSN trace, national and federal criminal, sex offender and sanctions, MVR, professional license, credit: 24 to 48 hours. County and statewide criminal: 24 to 48 hours unless the court is on the Court updates list. Employment and education verifications: 48 to 72 hours or more; the number of contact attempts follows your account's criteria.
Do not withdraw an offer or tell the candidate anything yet. Follow the pre-adverse action process: send the pre-adverse notice with a copy of the report and the Summary of Rights, wait a reasonable period, then send the final notice if you proceed. WolfeOne provides the notices. Call us if you are unsure.
Some clerks' offices are backlogged or closed. The current list is on the Court updates page, updated weekly from our court data provider. A rush request cannot speed up a delayed court.
Yes. Reply to the order confirmation or email bghelpdesk@wolfeinc.com with the order number and the deadline. Rush moves your order to the front of our queue; it does not change court or employer response times.
Check the email address on the order first; typos are the usual cause. Resend from the order. Ask the candidate to check spam and to add wolfeinc.com to their safe senders.
Email bghelpdesk@wolfeinc.com with the order number and the correction. Do not reorder; we fix the record and rerun the affected search.
Use bulk upload in WolfeOne with the MVR template. Some states require your organization to hold its own DMV end-user account first; we will tell you which during setup.
Send them to bghelpdesk@wolfeinc.com. We reinvestigate, usually within 30 days, and send the candidate and you the outcome. Pause the adverse action clock while the dispute is open.
Negative results post within 24 to 48 hours of collection, usually 24. A non-negative goes to confirmation testing and then to the Medical Review Officer, who contacts the donor before anything is reported to you; allow 48 hours or more. On DOT tests the donor has 10 days to respond to the MRO; after that it is reported to you as a positive, no contact. On non-DOT tests the response window is set by your account. Questions: support@wolfeinc.com or 704-788-6441.
Enter the donor's ZIP code in WolfeOne when you schedule the test and the sites populate with hours and whether they handle DOT collections. The donor brings a government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) and the pass we send them.
Your organization sets the expiration when it issues the pass, and only your organization can reissue it; Wolfe cannot reissue a pass on a client's behalf. Reissue from the order in WolfeOne. Donors: contact the HR department or whoever sent you the pass.
DOT tests follow federal rules (49 CFR Part 40) for regulated positions such as CDL drivers. They use a specific panel and form and cannot be swapped with a non-DOT test after collection. Wolfe serves all DOT modes and runs random pools, consortium membership, and Clearinghouse management. Instant tests are non-DOT only.
Standard 5, 9, and 10 panels plus expanded opiates and custom panels, in lab urine, lab oral fluid, hair, and instant formats. Drugs available: THC, cocaine, opiates, oxycodone, amphetamines, methamphetamine, PCP, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, methadone, propoxyphene, 6-MAM, ethanol, tricyclics, buprenorphine, and, at extra cost, EtG and fentanyl. Ask support@wolfeinc.com to change the panel on your account.
Yes. DOT Collector Training and DOT Reasonable Suspicion Training registration is on the Resources page at wolfeinc.com.
Your package price is billed along with any applicable court access fees. County and state access fees, and collection fees at non-Wolfe sites, are passed through at cost as separate line items. Your invoice lists them by order.
Email accounting@wolfeinc.com or call 800-635-5765 with the new billing contact and, if you use them, your PO number or department split. Invoices can be split by department or location. We accept ACH, check, and card; card payments carry a 3% fee.
Yes. Email accounting@wolfeinc.com with the date range and whether you want it by department or location, and we will send it.
Email bghelpdesk@wolfeinc.com with your full name and the employer that ordered the check. We verify your identity before releasing it. Wolfe does not decide who is hired; the employer does.
Email bghelpdesk@wolfeinc.com and tell us which item and why. We reinvestigate, usually within 30 days, and send you and the employer the outcome.
Call back as soon as you can. Your result is on hold until you do, and on DOT tests it is reported to your employer after 10 days without contact.
