Where is my background check? It still says pending

Pending means we are waiting on something: the candidate's consent, a county court, or a past employer. Open the order in WolfeOne to see which. Most searches complete in 24 to 48 hours. County and statewide criminal searches can run longer when a court is delayed, and employment and education verifications take 48 to 72 hours or more depending on how many attempts your account requires.

If nothing has moved in two business days, email bghelpdesk@wolfeinc.com with the order number.
